Application Processing Fee	£15	A non-refundable fee required to process the initial application and academic assessment.
Acceptance Deposit	£100	A refundable deposit required to secure your daughter's place upon acceptance. This is returned at the end of her final school year.
Primary School Fees (Annual)	£2,400	Covers all tuition, access to the learning portal, and core digital resources for Key Stage 2.
Secondary School Fees (Annual)	£2,800 – £3,100	Covers tuition and resources for Key Stages 3 & 4 (IGCSE/GCSE preparation).
Sixth Form Fees (Annual)	£4,500 – £4,900	Covers A-Level/BTEC tuition, specialized subject resources, and dedicated UCAS/University Guidance.

Note: The £100 acceptance deposit is non-refundable if a place is accepted and later withdrawn. Full school fees must be paid one week before the term starts.

Your Four Steps to Enrollment

We guide you through every stage, ensuring a smooth transition into the Haya community.

Your Application is Reviewed

The Haya Admissions Team processes your application form and supporting documents (transcripts, birth certificate, proof of address). We assess her academic records and spiritual compatibility to ensure Haya is the ideal environment for her growth. You will receive an official Letter of Acceptance and details for securing her place.

Access Granted to the Haya Ecosystem

Upon payment of the Acceptance Deposit, your daughter receives her unique student login credentials for the Haya Student Portal. This phase includes a crucial Digital Induction Video, which walks her through navigating the virtual classroom, submitting homework, managing her schedule, and meeting her initial contact points.

Your Role in the Haya Journey

As a parent or guardian, you will receive a separate login to the Parent Portal. This portal is your primary tool for monitoring attendance, viewing grades, downloading financial statements, and staying connected with her teachers. We believe in strong home-school collaboration and provide the tools to empower you as a partner in her success.

Ready for Day One

The last step is the beginning of her educational adventure. At this stage, you confirm final payment details, log into both the Student and Parent Portals, and view her confirmed timetable. The final school schedule is uploaded during the break, giving you ample time to prepare for a successful start to the academic year.
