Haya Online Girls’ School’s website provides a detailed outline of all fees and other payable expenses, including when they are due and the purpose for which they are intended.
We strive to keep the fees for each academic year stable, although there may occasionally be an increase. In such cases, parents will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any fee changes. This notification helps prevent any inconvenience, as parents will have sufficient time to prepare for the changes. All fees and additional expenses should be paid jointly into the school account to avoid any future liabilities for those who sign the Conditions of Attendance.
If a student at Haya Online Girls’ School decides to discontinue their tuition, they are not entitled to a refund for any additional subjects or fees already paid.
The Academic Deposit can only be refunded after the academic year has been completed, upon receipt of public exam results from the Head Teacher, and once any outstanding fees have been paid in full. If any outstanding balance remains, the refund will be withheld until all obligations are cleared.
If fees are not paid on time, students may be excluded from attending classes and participating in other school activities until the full amount or an agreed-upon payment plan is provided. Parents are responsible for paying the full amount, including any legal fees and additional costs incurred due to delays or failure to meet payment deadlines.
For non-UK resident pupils, the Academic Deposit is equivalent to one term’s fees. This deposit is refundable only after meeting the conditions stated above.
